The Nest utilizes a targeted approach of recruitment, preparation, and sustained support to realize its mission. This demonstrably works by ensuring an abundance of trained and supported local church and agency partners utilizing resources in the community ecosystem to effectively respond to the needs of vulnerable children and families in the North Florida region.
Businesses, organizations, and community members are connected to vetted requests/needs and contribute funds and tangible items to the children and families in need from their chosen target areas.
By maintaining a storage facility, we work just like a "nest". We store commonly requested items and make those items available (free of charge) to the churches and agencies working to support the requests entered on behalf of children and families in their community.
